チリのカサブランカ・ヴァレーのブドウから、4代続く名門ワイナリー デ・マルティノが、今回も素晴らしいソーヴィニヨン・ブランを私たちの為に提供してくれました。 青リンゴ、パパイヤ、黄色い柑橘類の上質な香りを放つこのワインは、テクスチャーがありながらもフレッシュ感に溢れ、レモンとライムの躍動感を充分に感じながら、その後に続くエレガントで控えめな味わいには、ススキのニュアンスや口中をすっきりさせるハーブの味わいなど上質さを示す複雑味を魅せます。存在感ある余韻では、純粋に爽快な味わいが長く続きます。

De Martino have, once again, produced a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc for us in the 2021 vintage. With a fine nose of green apple, papaya and yellow citrus fruits, this wine has a textured yet fresh palate, defined by a lemon and lime zestiness which runs right through its core. Elegantly restrained, it exhibits notes of pampas grass and palate-cleansing herbs. The generous finish leaves a lasting sense of pure refreshment.
