私たちのソーテルヌはシャトー・スデュイローが特別に造ってくれています。早い内から楽しめるソーテルヌとして、オレンジの花や砂糖漬けのアプリコットの明るいアロマが華立ちます。味わいは、熟して艶やかで、カリンと白桃の風味にオールスパイス、茎生姜、蜂蜜の甘いニュアンスの複雑味が連なります。セミヨンを主体としたブレンドがもたらすフィニッシュに柑橘類のバランスの良い噛み応えある味わいが印象的です。一年を通して楽しめ、ハードチーズやブルーチーズと相性の良さを見せます。

Our Sauternes has been made by Château Suduiraut. This is an early-drinking style of Sauternes, with bright aromas of orange blossom and candied apricot. The palate is ripe and glossy, with flavours of quince and white peach along with sweet undertones of allspice, stem ginger and honey. The blend is led by Sémillon, bringing a balancing bite of citrus to the finish. You can enjoy it year-round, and it’s delicious with most hard or blue cheeses.
