モンターニュ・ド・ランス地区の中心に位置する名高いグラン･クリュの村、マイィのブドウから。「マイィ」の村の名そのものが名づけられたこの協同組合は、70の加盟ブドウ農家を抱える、この地域で最もダイナミックな共同組合です。重力を生かして醸造を行う７階建ての最新鋭の醸造施設を誇り、彼らの高い品質を実現させています。また、有能で実力ある醸造家エルヴェ・ダンタンによって、マイィはこれらの最上級のブドウのポテンシャルを最大限に引き出しています。


優良な2015ヴィンテージの力強さに後押しされ、このテロワールのエネルギーが見事に引き出されています。石灰質のエネルギーに満ち、石の果実、スパイス、土っぽいミネラル感を充分に感じます。口当りは、シルキーで、上質なパティスリーの黄金色のノートを感じる上質さを魅せています。

Mailly is one of the great Grand Cru villages in the Montagne de Reims. With a membership of 70 growers, the village's eponymous co-operative is one of the most dynamic in the region. One has only to visit its splendid seven-story gravity-fed installation to realise that this is a rather special organisation, the quality of its wines matched only be the peerless efficiency of its management. With a gifted winemaker in Hervé Dantan, Mailly is able to exploit the full potential of these top-graded vines.


Our 2015 UKC is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Mailly. The calibre of this terroir shines through, propelled by the generosity of the vintage. This is full of chalky energy, with stone-fruit, spice and earthy minerality. The palate is silky with golden notes of fine patisserie.
