この ピノ・ノワールは、主にローリー・ガスマンが拠を構えるRorschwihr/ロシュヴィアから収穫されるブドウによって造られ、石灰岩質とマールの粘土質が織りなす土壌同様、複雑さを魅せます。非常にクリアでエレガントな洗練された香りに、赤い果実と花やトーストの香りが見事に調和しています。口当りは、瑞々しさと滑らかなシルクの質感で非常にエレガントながら、味わいは、力強く、綺麗な丸みを帯び、酸味とのバランスが秀逸です。余韻は、繊細にして酸を伴うタンニンと刺激的な塩味をも感じ、このワインの複雑さを表しています。

From loamy/clayey limestone soils and macerated for six weeks, the Pinot Noir was made from Vinyard, de Rorschwihr is very clear and elegant on the refined nose where red fruits intermix with floral and toasty notes. Silky textured, lush and very elegant on the palate, this is an intense, perfectly round, well-balanced and vinous Pinot with fine but tart tannins and a stimulatingly salty finish.
