私たちの友人とも言うべきLouis-BenoîtとClaude-Emmanuelle Desvignesによってボージョレ・ヴィラージュは造られています。銘醸地として名高いJullié村にある、ピンク色の花崗岩土壌の高い標高に位置する平均樹齢60年の特別な畑からのブドウが使われます。全房醗酵と樽熟成を行わない醸造によってフローラルな香り、エレガントでチャーミングな味わいに溢れるボージョレです。

Our Beaujolais-Villages comes from our friends Louis-Benoît and Claude-Emmanuelle Desvignes. The fruit is from 60-year-old vines in the village of Jullié, planted at altitude on pink granite soils. The cool location and the vines’ deep roots keep the wine juicy and fresh; the succulent berry fruit reflects the sunny vintage. Whole-bunch fermentation and ageing without oak makes for a floral, elegant and charming expression of Beaujolais.
