We are pleased to annouce a Champagne maker's dinner in Osaka, the only event taken place in Osaka during Francis's visit this summer.
Mr Kazuhito Yamamoto, who is the Officer of the Order of Coteaux de Champagne, has been the active leading figure in Champagne scene in Japan and is also the creator of an organization called "Lien d'Or de Champagne" whose aim is to "establish a culture of the enjoyment of Champagne in Japan".
He runs 2 Champagne bars in Osaka and 1 in Tokyo, and we're hosting a dinner at one of his venues in Osaka, "Bistro Champagne", which has been there since 2010.
As he says and as the shop's concept goes, "No need to be nervous at my place", you'll enjoy Lallier's fine Champagne in a very relaxed atmosphere with a selection of food which are designe to go well with 5 different cuvees of Champagne including the prestige cuvee, Ourvrage.
This is an opportunity to enjoy dinner with Francis and talk with him in person, as there are only 20 seats available. We look forward to seeing you there.

大阪で2件、東京・西麻布に1件、シャンパーニュの専門店を経営されている、シャンパーニュ騎士団オフィシエでもある山本一人氏。山本氏は、「日本にシャンパーニュ文化を造る」ことを目標に、「リヤン・ドール・ドゥ・シャンパーニュ」を発足し、現会長として精力的に活動を続けられている、まさに日本におけるシャンパーニュのパイオニアです。
その山本氏が「気軽にシャンパーニュを楽しむ」をコンセプトに、2010年に大阪・北新地にオープンした「ビストロ・シャンパーニュ」にて、ラリエの大阪での唯一のディナーイベントを開催致します。
「この店で緊張は一切不要です」とあるとおり、リラックスしたムードの中、上質なシャンパーニュを思う存分お楽しみ頂きます。最大でも20席のイベント。造り手のフランシスから直接話を聞く、絶好のチャンスです。
