クリュ・ボージョレの生産者「Ch. du Moulin à Vent/シャトー・デュ・ムーラン・ナ・ヴァン」の当主、エドゥアール・パリネが1月末に来日致します。
We will welcome Edouard, from Ch. du Moulin à Vent in Beaujolais to host a dinner dedicated to the grand vins of the estate at a 3 Micheline star Japanese restaurant "Taian".
With the prices of Burgundy continuing to soar, Beaujolais is one of the wine regions which has been attracting a great deal of attention for its potential to produce exceptional wines in a Burgundian style.
The history of Ch. du Moulin à Vent dates from 1723, and the estate has been always renowned for its "serious" wines. Since 2009, when the Parinet Family acquired the estate, there has been a huge investment in the winery and the vineyards, and the resulting improvement in quality has brought high praise and ratings from wine writers. Whilst Beaujolais is most well-known in Japan for its Beaujolais Nouveau, the wines of Ch. du Moulin à Vent will show you that the region can produce truly fines wines.
The Japanese restaurant "Taian" is famous for its charcoal grilled dishes, which are prepared in the small hearth located at the counter. We'll reserve the whole restaurant, with only 16 seats, to enjoy the selection of Crus Beaujolais.
The seats are limited, so please show your interest as soon as possible so as to avoid disappointment.
